Investors that can post there interest and locations,Investors we can contact thru here.Ithink this will cut back on newbies feeling foolish or afraid to reach out.

I read the original post and what may help you is to find a topic that is being commented on that is of interest to you. For example you want to do a wholesale deal. Look up topics in wholesaling, read the post and threads, see what others are saying. The people who are answering the questions, are the one's you want to direct your thoughts too. Introduce your self, left them know what questions you have. That is a good starting place. Some people on the site have certain niches, so it may help out. Use the book, use the site, make an offer, and close the deal. You can do it, there have been countless others on this site who have and of course you can do it too.
