So need help with issues investors and money; for intance 2 house if purchased a person could buy , refin. and put 1.5 times the purchase price in your pocket and then rent it out with positive cash.

i look to younger so no one wants work with me, propert 2 of them for 89k and buy , refin. and put 90k in pocket p[lus what was paid and then turn around and rent for positive cash and still be slily bleow market rent it is a win all the way round ; then sell 6 to 7 yers down the road and profit even more as you will benifit with more cash in pocket.. sorry arthritis in hand hit wrong letters.
