My Dad, who had vision and taught me how to be a man.

My band director in college, Prof. Conrad Hutchinson,Jr., who taught me about perfectionism, putting you best foot forward, and being accountable for your actions and the importance of professionalism and excellence. He was serious about the old saying,"You never get a second chance at a first impression." So, he trained us that preparation is important and if the music or the show was our best he would make us perform the same show, until the new show was ready.

My football coach, Eddie Robinson, who taught me how to win and taught me about integrety and excellence and learning how to keep fighting to win.I never play football for him, but, I had spent time with him and learned by watching how he lived behind the scences. I learn the importance of respecting other people and encouraging other people to be a winner in any field.

That was great! I was just thinking today when I interviewed a Realtor how I was positioning myself to hit the new year running. Making little moves this month to make bigger moves next year. NOt only with my wealth, but also my health! Thanks Dean.
