I am 22yrs of age and i am highly motivated to make my first deal within the next 3-6months before the summer comes using deans wonderful reals estate techniques. Do something every day for your business. It doesn't have to be big. Just call and agent and see what they have going on, look at a couple properties, call a mortgage broker to see what is going on today, ask people if they know anybody with a good deal.
It's not hard to succeed. You just have to stay positive and keep doing things. CONSISTENTLY!!!
