DG Family,
As we enter this time of Thanksgiving, I want you to know I am thankful to you all for your encouragement and advise along my journey. And Dean, thank you for your continual giving and sincere desire for us all to succeed.

Here's what's happening now, and I am so excited! Let's make a Sundae...
The Ice Cream: I attended the Insider's Edge training a couple weekends back. The mentors there were amazing, and I learned sooooo much in the 3 days.
The Hot Fudge: Of course, there is a refund on the tuition when you close a deal in 90 days - a definite incentive to get my butt in high gear again.
Next the Pecans: I have signed up to attend Dean's Buying Summit in Las Vegas, the first weekend in December. We'll be rockin, reelin, and dealin at the Hard Rock, learning and buying killer deal properties! And I get to meet Dean!!!
The Whipped Cream: I am simultaneously taking a course on investing in Tax Liens. Who knew about this gem?
Finally, The Cherry on Top of it all: I am having a 3 day mentorship with none other than (drum roll) Matt Larson the week after the Buying Summit!!
