I was hoping the DG Family could shed some light on this question.
If you find a Motivated Seller and you put (his/her) home under contract with a Lease Option can you turn around an Assign the contract to another buyer,even though its a Lease Option?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

The good news about lease/options is that they are very versatile. As long as you have an assignment clause (or at least assignment language) in your contract, it can be assigned. Hope that helps.
