As Matt mentioned in the (pfrern) pg114 his advise on finding a agent, my question is that.
If you find a agent to work with you and
he/she finds the deals that your looking for
30-50% off would these properties not be listed
with a agent? And if so how can you lock them up? Sorry if this is a dumb question but i'm scrambling right now i've been at this since june and it seem that i'm stuck in reverse. THANKS STEVE.
