Has anyone seen this warning on craigslist?

I was busy posting ghost ads and I saw this bold warning at the top "foreclosure rescue" fraud alert . Anyone here see this? Wouldn't this make it harder for people to trust your ghost ads and bandit signs?

Foreclosure scams are abundant sadly, but even so the ghost ads are designed to bring buyers to you. The way we were taught to approach foreclosures are in good faith. A lot of these scams ask for money up front.
