Market Value Information

I would like to know how someone can gather the information they need to determine the market value for a property when they live in a non-disclosure state? Zillow doesn't show any information, The total view website can't pull up any information. How do you go about collecting information?

Call an agent and tell them

Call an agent and tell them you think you want to list the home.... They will probably send you all the comps....... : )

What state(s) are non-disclosure?

And what's the scope of what cannot be disclosed?
