My RE Agent provides me with all the information i need, look at getting an agent for your team! My agent provides their name and mailing address . The info i recieve also says whether it was their home address or investment property that they had listed but has now expired.
If you have no agent, it's in your best interest to get one for this purpose, it simplifies things. I have a letter already for finding agents if you would like it, i could email it to you.
