OfflineI have found my Agent, he also works with 2 other Investors that are doing the same as myself.He also does assignments.I found him by putting an ad on Craigslist.
Since I found him, I also found my R.E. Attorney and Title Co.
What I did was talked to agent and I am going with the Attorney and Title Co.that he uses all the time.So I got 3 of my Professional Team in place.That I believe is the key, get the right agent then you have over half of your team, since he works with attorneys and Title co.all the time.
I hope this helped someone .The way I found the agent , is I used most of Matt Larsons letter in Profit from RE. Now on how to find the perfect agent.Then I posted it on Craigslist and hit the jackpot.

I actually went to the Real Estate Services area, and posted it, and this guy is great.I hope it goes that smooth for everyone else.He is a go-getter, just what I need.

I am a brand new REI with the DG family. I am in Greenville S.C and I read your post this morning. Its funny, I just finished listning to lasts nights monthly conference call that Dean did with Matt. (He will definetly be one REI I will learn from). Anyway, finding a great RE agent was one of the discussions and how important that team member is to our success! So congratulations Curtis for taking action and finding your RE agent.

I have a family friend who is a Realtor, and he's pretty darn good at it too. I told him what I wanted to do and he was quite excited.
Anyway, I digress a bit. I was curious to know what you put in your ad to grab the attention of an Agent.

When i found my agent , she also came with an attorney and title company. She's motivated, a go getter like yours and thinks out side the box, just like me! Just came out of a 3 day training with one of Deans wealth coaches (Marc Hrisko) and ready to get into making money in RE. Living in the Greenville, SC area and looking to connect with other investors in the area and creating a power team. I feel my head is ready to explode with all the information I received, and now I don't where to start.
