want to find out who owns this vacant land ???

I was driving back to work from out of town and noticed a piece of vacant land with a power pole and well casing and shed.I will be acquiring a mobile home in a short period so have been on the lookout for a spot to put it and maybe sell or rent possibly.looking for a # or some way to find the owners i thought to my self....self you can ask the neighbors or you can just sit in the driveway and see how the neighborhood watch program works around here!! ....
as i sat in the driveway and read the real estate section for houses for sale and wanted sections to maybe add to my lists i wondered if i would be able to find the owners to the properties i was trespassing on !!!LOL well about 15 minutes into my paper with the window down and sun shining on a beautiful friday ....a tractor pulled up with a hay wagon on the back to ask me...or should i say tell me that i am on their property and was wondering if they could help me???? why yes i said i may be interested in this property if it is for sale and proceeded to tell them i had been waiting for someone to throw me out so i could find out about the lot !!! they told me they went by 1 time and decided that if i were still there when they came back that they had better see what i was up to!!!
any way we had a laugh and they are going to talk it over between them [husband and wife] and that i could check back in a week !!

tip: pull in the driveway of a vacant lot and see if you can find the owners!! but not if there is a no tresspassing sign or a mean dog !!!
