Like everything else that Dean is involved in, this is truly spectacular.
Jill & I have been RE investors for 12 yrs, but doing it the "old school" way
of buying, rehabbing & then flipping, renting or lease optioning. We are super excited about this "one stop shopping" automation of wholesaling. We believe this will be awesome !
I'm actually signed up for it and have looked it over....however, I am unable to watch any - ANY - of the videos associated with it. Either those preceeding or those included WITH the program.
This is a problem I have been searching for help on for over 2 weeks now and I have still not received any help.
Bottom line - the videos will not load in a way that I can watch them smoothly. The older ones I can pause and allow them to load fully --- these (even on the main page of the site) I cannot and, that being so, do not benefit at all from watching a video that hiccups every 2 seconds or so.
If ANYONE can give me some suggestions, I'm all ears! (No, really I have REALLY big ears!)
It looks like a great tool - I'd just love to be able to benefit from the instructional videos found within!

I can attest to going to 5 different websites or comps and still not feeling confident about the comps were given. But with deans system I have confidence that these numbers are accurate!!! I'm at the edge of my seat everyday waiting for more! Dean is fantastic and I know he will continue to help us evolve into being set for life no matter what economy we are in,

I totally agree with the new and improved Total View. I showed it to my husband last night. It is an awesome tool. We are gaining more knowledge on wholesaling. We have a meeting with a full time wholesaling REI tomorrow and we are very excited to get started and pick this guy's brain on any and everything that he has been doing and he lives within minutes from us. Should be very interesting. Keep up the great work!

O.k......got an e-mail that massive work was done to get the introductory videos working to correct the problem I mentioned above - and they did!
YEA! It was good to finally watch the exciting video telling how to win 5 days in Dean's house with access to Dean's toys!
HOWEVER....(ominous music inserted here)...now the same thing needs to be done with the videos on the total view site. Same problem and they are unusuable for me (and I would assume many others) the way it is.
I'm not trying to be a gripe-butt (yeah, you heard it right) but (butt but?) just simply trying to get the full use out of this great tool!
I've used it for looking up values, etc. - AWESOME! Now to be able to benefit from all of the videos!

You know, for anyone that has watched a lot of infomercials, etc. you likely will know what I'm talking about with what I'm about to say.
My wife and I were both commenting again last night about how "comfortable" Dean is in front of the camera. I really don't think that's a "polished" act - know what I mean?
He is natural because - in my opinion - he is just being "real" and speaking from his heart and from what excites him.
