OfflineI must admit, That I am not to smart, but how do you assigned a property when you have no idea about the area and you don't live their. It is really easy to put numbers together that don't exist, and how could you post something on the DG Webb site that you would not buy yourself. I really don't like this. If you take the time to post here at least have your **** togather and leave the honesty people along that's trying to make a living.AS far as I am concerned this is actually worst than a scam, because a lot of people trust you on this site. and if you are miss leading people on this site from this day forward I am going to bust your ass wide open. So if yo want to play, GAME ON, And I will back what I say.I got two assignments contracts sent to me today, you figured out it would work. Because I can't. The one thing I want to add is that a lot of people on this site is honest, but remember not all. So please make sure you do your home work. If I have a great deal why would i want to sell it, and if if i have a buyers list why would i post it. so please be carefully' All I want is for people staring out is please don't get screwed, If someone has to adversities A deal that sounds to good to be true, guess what it probably is. So please do your homework.

I agree, you must do your homework on any deal. Every industry has scammers, but more so with real estate because your dealing with large sums of money.
All properties we post on this site are owned by us(you can check with the county), but I know that the majority of deals are done by assignments because most people don't have the cash or credit, so please be careful.
Don't get caught up in the excitment & forget your goals ... to make money. All parties must bring something to the table & make it a win, win.
that there are real people on here like you that think that the other people that are not straight forward should not be on this site there are to many of us on here that are just trying to get started and learn all that they can from real friends like you that are willing to help and not screw people voer just to make a buck, and as far as your post it is always better to get it off your chest than to hold it in . and all those people that want to scam/ steal other people's money and time they will get what they deserve. just a thought! thanks for all your thoughts randy..
