OfflineWOW, what a word, I really wish their was a pill to take but I haven't found one yet. As the 4th approaches watch all the loving pets as the fireworks go off. Many will run and hide, But most will keep poking their head out to see what is going on. And once the noise is over they are back to doing whatever they want to. They choose not to let fear rule their life. We as people look at a deal. Maybe a excellent deal; And then all at once fear takes over and we walk away. I almost get mad when I hear people say I can't, it want work in my town. I have no money, I have no credit. When you have said all of this just go look in the mirror and say i choose to let fear control my life. If you really like fear so much I guess you could change you middle name to fear. Does fear creep back into my life today. Of course it does, But its not going to stop me.Just keep taking action and yes baby steps are OK. And if I can ever help anyone I am more than willing. But if you haven't read Deans book more than once, Are if you are not thinking about joining the success academy Please don't waste my time.And if you read this and it pi---- you OFF, and you start taking action it was worth my time setting here doing this. At least you have a positive attitude. Like I said early my glass is always half full and never half empty. And I truly believe that without a positive attitude its hard to get anywhere. I have probably had my worst month since I have started this as far as cash flow and no pays and closing being put off because of everyone trying to close for the tax credit. And I almost let fear get in my way. but I didn't and got 2 more deals that I didn't really want. These were two that I work on months ago and they both decided to call me in the last 2 days. And like always I took them. But no more in Tn right now. Have got to try a new honey hole and I am sure fear will try to follow me. But that's OK. He can't win.
