Does anyone how to find a brief video Dean put out a while ago about probate properties?
Please let me know ASAP.
Or can you tell me exactly what I am looking for in the paper.

Probates are definitely going to be my niche cant wait to get started what to look for in the paper is the notice of creditors. then you would take the court document number and look that up at your local court house. Also you can look at all the last notice of creditors filed.
