What does it mean when someone asks about an end buyer?

What does it mean when someone asks about an end buyer?

I got this email today and can for the life of me figure out what is being asked.

Hi Katriska I have Brand New Property for sale in Alvarado, tx 3/2 1,057 sq ft 147,000. I am looking for a End Buyer for My Property. I am paying 3,000 fee for a serious End Buyer. Let me know if you know of anyone?

I am so thick its not even funny!! LOL Gah I have a LOT to learn.

Thanks

I believe that is someone who is willing to pay a finders fee to find a buyer for them. I believe the house has to close before you get the fee.
I could be wrong, but I think that is what it is. If I'm wrong someone please let us both know.

Hope this helps, good luck
Mary

That is correct. They want

That is correct. They want you to bring the buyer to them for a fee.

Ok so I askeds for

the address to the property and the person responded with:

Yes I do just so you know this is more Retail end buyer? Is this ok?

I'm not sure what she means....

I believe she means that the

I believe she means that the end buyer is going to be a person looking to purchase the home to live in. At full price. Not an investor. So the person you would be looking for is a home buyer looking for a new home not an investment property.

Oohhh

Ok, well I do have a realtor friend. I wonder if I could get him to help me. How do realtor's usually make money?

They make their money off of

They make their money off of the selling price of the home that they have listed and have shown to potential home buyers. It sounds like the seller is doing it without a RE agent and willing to pay a finders fee, which would be cheaper than a RE agent. I would say if your realtor friend is a close friend, then he would be happy to give you some help. Maybe he knows of someone looking for a home that fits this homes description. You would need to have the seller to sign a contract agreeing to pay you if someone you send to him buys the house or he could sell and not pay you.

Good luck,

Brian
