someone plz help me.....im desperate for the books

I'm very sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare copy of Dean's books, but before I bought his books I checked them out of the local library for free. This may be something you should look into. Hope all goes well!

i do believe that if anyone who has deans books would not want to part from them as they r FULL of knowledge that one can use for a lifetime.just like the saying teach a man to fish and he can EAT FOR A LIFETIME!!
ismael send me your address and i will send you deans books as a present from me if u promise to read them cover to cover and TAKE ACTION to better your position in life AND to help out someone in need when you get in a position to after taking action with deans teachings!! ask and u shall recieve!!

cant wait to see and hear what ismael does with the knowledge he will recieve.it sounds like he WANTS IT!! his actions and time will tell.i will be here for him as well as all the dg family i am sure!! i think it is great that he asked for something to further his lifes goals.we all were at this point sometime in life and i have a feeling that he will make the most of it with all the help and guidance that is on this site..

This is an excellent example of why I really love this site and really goes to shows the caliber of person that Dean and his programs attract! I KNEW before I was 2 lines into this post that there would be someone that would help out. There are so many amazing people here!

Ismael- Take this as your 1st lesson (You will hear it over and over again!), NEVER be afraid to ask! The only stupid question is the one which goes unasked.

Make sure that you take advantage of this blessing you have been given! With drive and ambition, anything is possible! You are never too broke or too young to start, so long as you are not too scared!

You have been handed a very valuable tool which can and will lead to your success, as long as you APPLY YOURSELF! It isn't always easy and doesn't always happen over night (for some it is and does, you could be a lucky 1 lol!), but if you persevere you will achieve your dreams!

Now that is what I call "Greatness!!"

It's 2:30AM and I was just about to go to bed and then I read Ismael's post. I thought to myself, man I need to find a way to help this kid but at the same time expected that someone in the DG family would step up. Way to go Jay! You were the first, but I'm sure you would have definately not been the last...

I'm curently struggling pretty bad myself, but I, like most of you out there, wanted to do something for him, becuase deep down I know that I'm actually pretty fortunate and there are many others out there that need so much more help. It's a shame we couldn't pull the heart out of this community and give a little bit of it to every human being out there. Boy the world would be a better place!

Way to go DG community, especially Jay! I'm VERY PROUD to call you my friends!

after putting up my fist post and asking for help....ive notice how great,caring and helpful the dg family really is. its been great woking with everyone in this family. im amazeing how everybody works together to help one another out. im very proud of everyones support it really blows me away. when i fist joined i didnt expect to have so much support from ppl but i was way otta line and now i realize that the dg family is the best out there. as i still remain struggling finacially ill do everything in my power to keep going and nvr give up. im determined to reach my goals successfully and completely. im motivated and ready!! and i thank everybody for there support in everyway possible, but most of all i wanna give a big thank you to jay for giving me gift that i soon take serious action of. god bless you JAY.. for your appreciation and support... you should be very proud of your self for helping me out. well once again thank you so much fro everything!!

A key thing which I forgot to mention..

I also have been working with literally no capital. Believe it or not, I had to over-draw my bank account so that I could order PFRERN! I was that determined and inspired by my 1st impression of Dean. I knew that I was passionate about real estate but I needed the tools to succeed.

This was just over 2 months ago, now I have recently had my 1st accepted offer and I am working to get everything signed. Which means I should be closing my 1st deal in the next 60-90 days. Assuming I don't close any new deals before then that is, which is certainly not my intention. I aim to close my 1st deal in the next 30days.

Now, it is certainly more difficult to venture into REI while you are broke, but it is possible. There are many techniques which require no money of your own. You simply need to be creative and never be afraid to ask! If you are determined, you can do it!

Keep your head up, it is easy to get discouraged. Especially when you have no money to play with. But if you are determined and work hard, anything is possible! Don't take no for an answer, if you fail at 1st then take it as a learning experience. You can only be held back if you let others block your path. Keep getting up and moving forward no matter what obstacles come your way!
