I am really excited about Dean's "Blitz" information program and all the exciting things to come! I can't wait to see what may be next! Dean is giving it his all and we will have even more tips, tools, techniques, strategies and information to propel us forward. Dean is the mentor we all need and he is the leader to take us to the next level!
I often hear from friends, that real estate is hard work and may not be right for them. It is often so true that the things in our life that can make a difference are worth fighting for. How much is piece of mind or financial security worth to you? Is it worth the effort? It is a hard journey with doubters and a bumpy road at times? Is it worth trying to determine how to avoid or get around barriers? If you have the right vehicle, you can do it. Yes, ....YOU... can!
It is true as Dean has stated, his book does not spit out hundred dollar bills but it does provide the information, strategies, tips and techniques that can help you generate those hundred dollar bills! Knowledge is power and the more knowledge you have about real estate the more your ability will increase to generate a better income for you and your family!
If you sick and tired of being sick and tired of your current situation, is today the day you decide to make a difference in your life? The answer is right in front of you, the solution to your problems is right there for the taking? Are you ready? Are you truly ready to make a commitment and make the dedication to make a difference in your life?
It is July 2009 and the year is about half over. TODAY IS THE DAY, that will change the rest of your life! So lets make the plan today and see where we at at in a week, month, quarter or by the end of the year.
During the upcoming holidays you will have time to spend with family and friends and talk and reflect about what is new and exciting going on in your life. How will you feel at the end of the year, during the festive holiday celebrations, if you look back and say I made the commitment in July 2009, less than half a year ago, right after the 4th of July holiday, and look at where I am at now! it is so true YOU and YOU alone dictate how your future will unfold. If you don't take action and step outside the Plexiglas box and think a little differently, YOU WILL BE in the same predicament you were this time next year. You got to stand in the mirror as Michael Jackson said (sang) & ask yourself are you willing to change to change your future!

I couldn't agree more!!! Two dynamite motivating phrases from Dean keep echoing in my head contantly; "be a doer. . .take action" and, "let RE investing be your vehicle to freedom, financial, spiritual and personal"
Truly, my wife and I are enjoying the fruits of our success following the program; I'm less fearful. . .I'm more confident that I CAN still keep doing this. I DELIGHT in commenting to my family and friends something like this," I don't think I'll ever have to take an houly wage job again; our lives have truly been changed by this venture". feels terrific..!

You speak the truth! I haven't even done my first deal yet (i'm looking every day and am very excited), but I am looking to start as to secure my future. I'm starting early so hopefully I can one day build up to be a millionaire myself. Hopefully at the age dean was!

Thanks for your comments. It is so true that you hold the key to unlock your destiny! People need to make sure they have all the supplies they need as they go on this journey, but they also need to realize (like the Verizon commerical) they have a team of thousands of DG members behnd them offering support. It is so true that Dean blazed the trail for all of us and DG members such as yourself used the trail and widen the trail so even more DG Members can follow. Half the battle is within newbies fear of the unknown. However, there is no need to fear when you have all the information you need from Dean's books and programs.
