I know it is going to be extremely difficult if I have to live in a shelter where I will have to be there early in order to get a bed.
Sound ridiculous doesn't it? but yet these are the facts. I stand to lose everything I own because I cannot find a Job.
If I ever get started with Real Estate then my story will be a True Rags to Riches story for sure!

I am in Lynn, Massachusetts and I have been trying to get work for too long. I have almost given up. Problem is: I have worked for Temporary Staffing Agencies and these Temporary jobs do not look good on the Resume. They make it appear as though I have been Job Hopping.
My background is a Light Truck Driver. I had a Class A permit but I let it expire.
My most recent position has been a Apartment Rental Agent but I think that is gone now because I am not making ANY real money. I am required to pay for my own Gas and Post my own Internet Ads and this Real Estate Agency simply does not have enough Apartment Listings to keep us busy.
I know Computers extremely well and I know how to find details on Distressed Properties using Foreclosure Websites and Real Estate Tax Assessor and Deeds websites. I have learned a TON about making purchases from Dean's books. I also have sources of funding for Real Estate but I simply cannot get it altogether because I am about to lose all of my possessions and become homeless. In other words, I cannot FOCUS!
At this point I would like to hear about anything! Hopefully, you know the hiring person and I can get in there without even using a Resume.

I am sorry you are going through such a tough situation. Hang in there cause it can only get better.
A friend of mine runs the National Census Bureau and they are hiring bunches of people to help take the census. There are many different branches of the census bureau you can work in. If you are an enumerator you will make about $12.50 per hour.
Here is the link and you can fill out the application online and take the practice test. You will get 4 days of paid training too.

As far as your real estate...you can always work it and it will pull you out of this eventually. Real estate is where the money is at. All my best to you in all you persue.
