OfflineHey everyone, just curious on what everyone is working on and where you are at. We are in the Charlotte NC area and trying to find out next flip and looking for buy and holds. We are rehabbing one rental now and hope to have it ready to rent in the next week or two. This will be our 5th income property, we love the cash flow. The first of the month is always nice, especially when there are no repairs that past month. We have also done well at some small lending in the local area. We turned Michelle's 401k into a self directed IRA when she got layed off and have been able to lend on REI, businesses, and ever a car loan with it. The things you can learn by hanging out with other investors is amazing. So what are you all working on?

hey brother & sister! great to see you at the edge btw & still blown away right! as you know I am wholesaling & have done 10 deals & working on getting deals in san diego( can do deals in most of california & when leads come from there I work on them but not actively seeking them out just in san diego)
Also just added back kansas city & surrounding areas. I have emailed wholesalers from a list my buddy compiled well his Virtual assistant. got some responses working on those leads & building my co wholesaling list & also putting out bandit signs
cuz they work lol.
trying to get IFTTT to work but it keeps saying URL not found has that happened to you? you know how to fix that? thx God bless.

Hey Tony,
We need to look at some other markets also so we can find more deals, quicker. I started using IFTTT about a year ago and had no issues and was just able to sign in again now to test. Here is the link I used: https://ifttt.com
