OfflineMost people will not know what to look for in the grounding from the electrical box to a grounding rod, But this is something that should be checked as you purchase or view your property for the first time. The ground wire is typically connected to the service box at one and into a pipe or ground rod at the other. Make sure the wire is securely fastened both hands. Where ground wires are attached to pipes, it's not adequate to just wrap the wire around the pipe. The wire must be secured with the client approved for that purpose, the wire may be loose in the clamp for the Klante may be loose on the pipe.
Corrosion of the wire, clamp or pipe could result in poor conditions. Where you see this, recommend further inspection be done.
