Broker Wants Introduction Letter

Dear All:

I have a Broker who wants an "Introduction Letter" from me on my company so he can present to the Seller. I'm stuck does anyone have a template that they are willing to share?

Does your broker present

Does your broker present introduction letters for every buyer that presents an offer?

Introduction letter

What the heck is an introduction letter.
I've been in this business for over 20 years and I've never even heard of that.
Just put in the offer and the broker/agent has to present it. All offers must be presented. If he won't, get another agent. If it's the other agent, put in a complaint to your state real estate commission. They will investigate. Because none of these kinds of things are required or are part of the contract. It gives the real estate brokerage community a bad name.
This kind of stuff is just silly.
