My sister needs help selling her house

146 Lesim Ln, Jennings, LA 70546

Can anyone here teach me how to analyze this home to see if my sister can get out from under it? They either need a buyer or a solid renter ASAP.

For starters

How much does she owe on it, what's it worth, what will it rent for, and why does she need to sell?

There is not a lot of data on similar properties to determine rents, so you might try calling a local property management company and see if they can give you an estimate on what the house could rent for.

For true value, at least 3 comps of matching houses, in the same neighborhood, sold in the last 30-90 days. You might find that on Redfin.
