Have you tried Craigslist? If not, you are missing out! Great resource to find house finders. People are so eager to make extra money nowadays. Give it a shot, you might be surprised.

Emidio, Thanks for you commant I have put ads on Craigs list and got numerous replies, BUT not to many serious Replies. I actually got 35 replies in 2 days. I have 2 Birddog consulting Agreement contract signed BUT I am looking for Serious People to work with.
