From personal experience, if something sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
Though I haven't personally heard or worked with them, I would definitely do some additional homework before venturing into any type of agreement.
Better to be safe than sorry.
Gina, in life when something is too good to be true their is a reason behind. I would do some research and never pay for anything upfront! Good luck

I guess I just got excited because I have been looking for a lender to do cash out refinances with no seasoning. I'm trying to rehab then pull out those costs plus some profit. Everything I read was like they were answering all of my personal questions. I have been looking for private lenders to just be the "money man," and pay them back between 12%-15%. I have some money in the bank, but I don't want to use mine : ). Maybe I should really study up more on hard money loans. I might be a good candidate. Thanks for the replies!
