-Are you a licensed real estate agent or broker?
-Are you the "principal" working directly with your buyers?
-Do any of your investors like brand new properties?
-Do they pay cash or finance?
-Who pays your fee typically? How much?

These questions are very similar to those we ask when searching for buyers. We want to understand their purchase area, what they purchase and whether properties are purchased with cash. These would be typical questions used to determine a good investor.
