I am new to Dean's family. I just finished setting up my LLC.
Unfortuneately, I wasn't able to afford the personal coaching Dean offered at his 3 day seminar so I bought what I could afford and am going from there.
On Friday I got a strange call from a company called Professional Marketing International (PMI). They tell me that they have coaching available for real estate wholedsale, foreclosures, etc. When I asked him how he got my number and if the company was associated with Dean I got a yes answer.
My questions are, is this company truely associated with Dean and has anyone else used they're coaching to a successful end.
My next step is to call Deans support team, but just thought I'd post to see what you guys thought and experienced.

This company is out of Utah and handles the coaching for Dean's Success Academy
Welcome Jay, no worries-- Dean's company and affiliations include PMI as the Success Academy "school". The link Denver gave you probably has lots of info, but I wanted to pop in and let you know I did the course and would do it again! Of course, the books and programs and things like the $500, no risk Edge Event Live Webcast and CDs are all you need, PMI is one-on-one help and can really get us up to speed.
Anyway, yup-- it's Dean.

if you cannot afford the cost of the Success Academy now, don't worry about it... I recommend that you learn as much as you can from Dean's books, from this site, and from joining a real estate investing club in your area. You don't need a LLC when you first start.
Also, you may want to fill out some info about yourself on your profile so that other investors on this site can know a little about you and network with you.

Hello everyone. I really want real estate investing to work. I know I have to work it. I've finally started taking action. Still building my buyer's list and now trying to find a real estate agent that works with investors. I've been unemployed for a long long time. The job markets want you to have a degree, which I don't have, and want to only pay 7, 8, 9 10, 11, etc., dollars per hour. That's very hard to live off of.
I just wanted to share. Good luck to you all.

I also received that call and jumped right on it! Being a member of the Success Academy is the best thing i have done,other than going to the three day seminar,i would encourage everyone to participate in it as well.
The online and personal teaching is priceless,it really jumpstarts your career and helps understand everything better. All the help you need is just click or phone call away!
