OfflineWhen I attended the 3 hour free event (that promotes the 3 day workshop), I didn't see that many who signed up for the 3 day workshop in the group I attended with. (I signed up though). The workshop is conducted by "Dean's Insider's Edge", not PMI.
Does anybody want to share their experience after attending the 3 day workshop? I know they are promoting this and would appreciate any feedback from those who have finished attending the 3 day workshop.

I first become a fan of DG around August 2010 when i pick up Profit From RE Now Book. I was desperate for cash & read the book in about a week. It was too easy to understand, i knew i could do it if i put forth the effort long enough. Fast forward to April 2011 a older friend of mine booked me & her husband for the free event in SF, she knew I liked Real Estate (i had no idea about the event). This was my second free event of DG's i went to. Little did i know that, that event would put me in a position to excel much higher on my quest to becoming a REI. I ended up bumping into my friend at the event that i knew. At the end of the event & out of nowhere my good friend said to me, "if i join would you be my partner". I wish come true for me, it was because she know that i was already a fan of his to was already following his teachings. Long story short we joined as a partnership & paid for the 3 day training that ill never forget.
I currently have a strong passion for RE Investing & I really enjoyed the 3 day training back in April 2011 with Paul Young. By attending we/i learned so much knowledge. For attending the workshop we gained access to the (INSIDERCASH) transitional funding (For life). Now we have funding up to 500k or so as long as we have a end buyer.

I'm excited about it too! Our workshop here will be next week. I thought I'd start a thread in case someone who has previously attended might want to share experiences - it's kind of pricey!
I was told that I can bring in a partner but since I wasn't sure who can carve out 2days out of a workweek, I guess that slot would be up for grabs, whoever wants to attend - we can split the cost!

Thanks for sharing that! The funding was promised as well when I attended, so I think that, in and of itself, the availability of the option to get funded by the group for deals is a GREAT selling point.
As the speaker said, if we can show our seriousness in investing IN OURSELVES through proper education in REI, that they will provide this type of funding. They also mentioned providing funding for rehab projects. I will clarify this some more by asking questions next week!

Okay folks,
If anyone has the opportunity to go to any DG event class DO IT!!! Soooo much amazing information and realtime up to the minute examples, the instructor (Stephen Libman) is such a wealth of information.
Day one really focused on your/our/my mindset, thinking like a rich person or abundantly instead of with a negative or poor mindset. How we're conditioned to accept our situation in life as if that's as good as it's going to get. A real eye opener for sure, have to get cracking & do the homework for tomorrow. Sooooooooo............

Day two will start soon and I can't wait to see what nuggets they're going to give us today. It has been great so far and I'm sure it will only get better.
