Looking For Property

I have a Buyer Looking for a SFH in the Greater LA and surrounding areas...He is Looking for around 200k with good ARV potential..He is Looking to buy One at a time for now.This is a Email he sent me..

I bought two rentals cash, they are good returns but the cash turn over is too slow until I can find a way to refi them. I'm expecting to bring in more private lenders in a few months to do more concurrently. Max purchase price is 300k.
