how do you find someone...to buy...where would you advertise...

Are you assigning or selling?

And more important...what is the entire situation? Are these foreclosures? Short sales? It sounds like they are in good condition, so this does not sound like a distressed sale. It is an estate? Why is the pricing so low and are there recent comps available?

If you are assigning these, does that fee quoted include your assignment fee?

And in this market, would they really sell for 1M? How long have they been on the market and are they on the MLS? If so, why aren't they selling?

Don't mean to sound annoying, but for that amount of money, you need to give people specifics of the deal.

Just a suggestion but...
If you fill out your bio page a bit more so we know what your goals are, what's your experience lever, etc, you'll get a bit more support from the members on site. They like to know who they are dealing with before they deal with you.
