OfflineAre there any good apps (smartphones) that lets you list your properties and how much you paid for it and what you spent fixing it and when you sell it what your profit is?
I've seen property listing apps before but none that I can work with numbers. I have seen exactly what I just said although they are all computer apps. I'm specifically looking for an iPhone app because I am always on the go and always have my phone on me.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

Check out PropertyPro.com. I'm not sure if they have an IPhone app per se, but you may want to check it out because they have an awesome way to keep track of your real estate business.
If that doesn't work, you can use Excel to keep track of the items you want to monitor. You can do your typing on your desktop Mac and then email that sheet to yourself on your IPhone.
