I'm familiar with that site. I'm a free member and receive daily emails about their deals. Some of their deals are pretty good, most I've seen are marginal. I've been thinking of upgrading my membership just to have access to their buyers list. Another good thing is that you can post your own wholesale deals there for free...free exposure is always good. But to answer your question, NO I haven't bought or sold property through this site.
