Ok the one here on this site is 4 pages long. If you look online there are a lot of sites that offer simple P/A. But do you realy want less information to close a deal.
I have a program that I received from the academy but the forms or 3 to 4 pages long. Sorry.

I think the only way you will get a 1 page form is to make your own. You will have to decide what paragraphs are important on your own as a lawyer probably wouldn't be able to do it for the sheer reason that by omitting paragraphs he would open himself up to malpractice.

I have a LOI(letter of intent) instead of going through the whole P/A and if they accept it- I'll draw up the contract. Simplier and takes less time.

This is another version of the simple, 1-pager I use most often for deals I’m going to quick-flip/wholesale. I use it when dealing “belly to belly” with individual sellers, not banks or agents, who typically prefer something a little fuller and more formal. I like it for “mom and pop” sellers because it’s about as plain English, easy to understand and non-threatening as you can get.
It’s basically just a legal size version of
the “WHOLESALE_BUYING_AGREEMENT_letter.doc” – which gives me room to add extra blank lines for any additional terms we may want/need to write in, and still keep everything on one side of a single page – which I like to do when possible.
