=/so plz forgive me my friends..i've been really trying to master "multitasking" and i truly believe i can..i just must practice patience and continue to reach out to those that have walked the line. I've only covered i would say 5 1/2 chapters in Deans book and have gotten stuck on all these forums and have trying to figure out what the heck to do because after taking action I actually got a huge result in such a short period of time that i actually stepped out and didn't complete my mission in completing the book and knowing it inside and out. so here i am again..asking for some assistance or even offering to a deal to someone for whatever your heart so desires to send my way..just maybe you could tip me off as to how you'd handle the deal in you happened to be on welfare, absolutely no $$$ in your pocket, but have access to hard$ lenders?? so thanks for your time and consideration.

You are saying that you got a huge results in a such a short period of time after taking action. What results did you get? And what were you doing exactly? Because I'm kind of in the same situation.

a network of people like agents, investors, asset managers or connections to them to purchase bulk REO packages, performing and non-performing notes that a single or group of investors can create a portfolio for specifically to fit the desired criteria w/ the option to "carv" as they say which supposedly means to look@ the package prior to purchase to take out what it is that you don't like and fit it w/ what you do w/ no obligations to purchase. would have to provide POF(proof of funds letter)/ and LOI(letter of intent) for portfolios from $1mill to $50mill. I understand how to search from the internet to generate leads from just about any county clerks office w/ leads that is accessible to everyone but most investors don't seem to bother w/...n so on..but my issue is not knowing which contract exactly to pull to flip deals to other investors or end buyers w/out having to put up an EMD(earnest$deposit) or formulating the contract to buy time to line up the other buyer and lock them up in a deal?? I have the gist of all but seems that there needs just one more bolt or im just going for and say what the heck..make the mistake..im sure i'll learn..
