We need a Mentor

We need a Mentor

We're wandering aimlessly trying to find a way through all this. We desperately need a mentor but can't afford the cost. We'd be delighted to split our first deal with someone in return for mentoring. Any takers?

I am currently in Maryland, I have done the marketing piece, been out to the REI meetings and went to auctions this weekend. Agents, brokers, and investors have been sending me killer deals I just need to know how to be in position to respond, I also have built my buyers list, just trying to get comfortable making the deal. Can you all please help me. I am a single mom who was layed off for a year in a half just starting back working two weeks ago bu real estate is my passion, I was bird dogging for 2 to 3 years off and on so i know how to find the deals and also I don't have good credit so I'm looking to start off with a few assignment deals, fix and hold and rent two properties, build up my credit and graduate to bigger deals

Let me know how we can help out.
You can check out my journal "The Short Sale Sisters" on here.
Also have closed many short sale and other investor deals.
Let's see what we can work out together.

Seeking Investor Rehab Partner

We are also looking for someone that is willing to help us with funding. I have a good agent that let's me know when new foreclosures come on the market. I currently have researched 3 properties in Westmoreland County and am prepared to manage the contractors and know where we can get some materials at a lower price, my husband also has some experience in construction. We just need someone that is willing to help us fund some deals to get started. We are willing to do a 60/40 split with us on the 40 side. Plus a finders fee.
