Can someone please send me a printable version of the "Discharge of Agreement to Purchase Statement" please. The ones I've tried to print out are too large! Why is it difficult to find this form when it's clearly in DG's book? Just a GEENPEA trying to take action!

every bodys jumping around the the main question and you can put in cash in many cases the new buyer will be paying cash and if not you can explain the details of financing to the seller and dont worry it wont scare them away if the a buyer ends up being a Retail buyer and he gets a mortgage loan hope this help all u guys who were asking the main question started on this page love you guys keep your dreams alive dont give up

Well I made one in openoffice then saved it as an Adobe PDF file on my profile on here had a place for File Attachment so uploaded it on it I thought would be on my profile so I could link to it but is not.

But it looks almost Identical to one in the book even have the grey areas so if you want me to send you a copy send me a PM and I will get it to you.

Could these documents be used for commercial real estate as well? For example, multi-family units?
