Hello,dg family in need of some help.Im in the middle of assigning a contract with an in buyer,is there any way it can be done without seller knowing how much of an assignment fee i will be getting other than doing a double close.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what state your in, here in ca no it is law that seller must be informed how much you receiving payment for deal, but it doesn't matter to me I have done 13 deals & have assigned most of them and here in CA & it's no big deal really the seller will never care as long as they are getting what they want which is the sale of the hm, when they sign the agreement with you the purch agreement it is stating that contract is assignable so you are not doint anything unethical or illegal so just go ahead and assign my friend, I have made 20k off an assignment so you can do it too the seller was a fsbo. but mls deals too the highest for that was 5k I believe thus far but it doesnt matter
