Were it says Conveyance and Closing do you put the days till closing (like 14-30 grace period to find a buyer).
The last three pages is what I needed to know what to fill out. Besides Buyer and Seller sign at. I got the info from another thread but these are the parts that wasn't finish.

Are you working through a realtor on this deal? If you are I would suggest that you sit down with them and ask them to go over the contract with you. This will be helpful in a couple of ways.
1- It will build rapport with your realtor, and your confidence in them.
2- It will allows you the opportunity to know exactly what is in the contract you are submitting.
So get with a realtor. Unless it's a for sale by owner it's always advisable to be working with a realtor. They are a valuable asset to your business.

I was referring to fsbo offers. I do have an agent that I am working with. I sent her the criteria that Matt mentions in the 25:1 strategy.
She sent me list of 77 properties that match. As I look through them I see they say short sale or subject to 3rd party
They all need work and look like good potentials. I have to look at the numbers more.
I want to pursue and put together some offers on them and see which ones come back.
