Hello need help,

I requested properties from a realtor they delivered. I have a home at LP:$10k I have a third party person that offers their service as a buyer finder. How do I approach this situation? Is it illegal to send them my fee with the LP or do I add my fee in with the LP?

I would appreciate the help.

I find that when asking a realtor for a list of short sales or foreclosures they immediatly go into asking how much cash i have for the transaction what is the best way to handle this

Dear realtor...

Have you noticed the number of realtores out there? I might suggest (if you want this deal) dig as hard as you can and get as much information on this and work the deal to your favor.

Rember that realtors are dime a dozen. The trick is finding one that will work with you. They all seem to have tunnel vision and reject any creative technique.
