Niche market, not for everyone. But is interesting for sure, If you have the team menbers to do the work why not add it to your services to provide another solution for the customer looks like a win-win-win for everyone. Action+knowledge=success........
The seller won't get paid until it sells. We offer the seller cash and a closing. It doesn't look like this company pays them until it sells. At least we can offer a closing date. Those houses could sit on the market for a long time still. We market to investors, not retail buyers.

I supply properties to a couple of companies just like this one here in Denver Colorado. They are excellent REAL CASH buyers for my deals. They just have to be good deals. These guys acquire REOs, go to the auctions with stacks of $25,000 certified checks made out to the county trustee. They buy short sales, probates and from individuals. They have to acquire their properties before they can do their "renovation" thing. My deals are way easier for them to purchase and are often cheaper than through their other sources. Call them and ask if they would look at one of your deals. I bet they will.
So we don't compete, we supply, we work with these guys. What could be better, REAL CASH buyers that are very active. A wholesalers dream!!!
