But which of the forms do I use on this website there are two that to me, mean the same? What's the difference between the Purchase & Sale Agrmnt and the
Agreement to Purchase? I will be assigning it as well,

I'm not entirely sure there really is anything different, I just looked these over and the only thing that stands out to me is the title of the doc. Now, I'm not sure what the legal/technical defference is but I'll leave that one for someone more knowledgable. I'd say pick one and don't forget to add your back-door clauses.
(you do have exit plans right?)

Hi Kathy you may want to try to call a local Realtor that does assignments or an Attorney, but a Realtor would know, if you want to send those forms Ill look them over, Jim
