I live in Mississippi. Can anybody tell me effective ways to find buyers? Thank you.
Posting ads advertising your real estate services on Craigslist.
For example, if you're wholesaling:
"Local wholesaler seeks cash buyers to inform of great investment properties at 40% to 65% of market value!"
You can also post ghost ads if you want, but that's up to you and if you feel comfortable doing that. Some people view it as lying, others view it as a marketing strategy. Good luck!
