Thank you for answering my detress call for help, but i'm still lost on what i need or should do 1st With out giving the address i really don't know what information to give you. What i do know visually is that the property is bank owned it has a agent realtor assigned to it. The house is a rowhouse,The is located in the city and it I'm guessing 3 floors , back yard space for atleast 1 car
