OfflineA Guy who works with A Investor Contacted me After I posted A Ad On my Two Properties , He told me His Investor may be Interested in Buying my 2 Locked up Properties & May Agree to Paying me $30,Million to Take over Both Properties Which Is less then I Originally Asked for But I don't Care as long as I can help the Sellers Sell their Homes I'm like $4.00 would make me happy at this point .
So I'm Praying & This time It seems to be A Winner & Not like the other times when A Person Contacts me & then Never Returns anything & then I'm having to contact them Only to Find out Their not Interested.
So This just maybe The one .
