Good afternoon! I contacted a company by the name of Amraco (website www.finditandfundit.com) that claims it can fund residential deals in the form JV, matching up buyers with a property I find for 10% of the net value or eventually being able to work with individual investors that you are matched with on commercial properties. They charge a one time fee of 495 dollars. Does anyone have any experience with this company? Thanks! Brad
