My Associate Program

My Associate program could also be called bird dogging. I don't like that term, and it does not do what I do justice.

If you look at the majority of programs/opportunities, they pay cheap. Some pay better than others but most pay cheap. What I mean by that is this. Some pay $250.00, some even pay the small sum of $50.00.

The person that brings you in to their opportunity will have you do alot of work for very little financial compensation.

Years ago, I realized I could not be everywhere. If I had to spend my days running around, getting information, etc, I would never make an offer.

One of the factors that breeds success in this business is the ability to streamline what you do. The more streamlined your operation, the better results you'll experience.

When I bring someone into my operation, they are given the title of Associate. They are provided with a job description sheet, that fully explains what they will be doing, on my behalf. Not only are they provided the what, but the why.

They are provided complete training. I want them to know what I know about locating deals, what to say, what not to say, documents they need to obtain.

I also explain that they will have to produce results, meaning they will have to go out into the field and actually work. They are provided daily production sheets, where they have to document everything they do, who they contacted, contact information and notes about the outcome.

They understand that they are not employees, they are more like independent contractors. They sign a Associate agreement that spells out the entire relationship between them and I.

They are compensated 30% of the profit I earn on any deal that they produce. Since I am doing deals all the time, their chance of multiple paydays per month exists.

They understand that some deals they bring about, may never close. They understand that going in.

Most of my Associates have regular jobs and they do work for me on a part time basis.

My point in all of this, is that you will get better overall results if you pay your people well. Do you expect to get great results if you pay someone $50.00, $200.00, $500.00? These individuals are bringing you deals where you will make $10,000.00 to $50,000.00 or more per deal. Greed gets you nowhere fast.
