I'm interested in learning how to do some REO deals and I was wondering who I need to talk to? Is it the bank and is it certain types of banks? Also, I will be doing double closings on these properties so besides an attorney and a title company that's familiar with the process, what else do I need? Also, is there a way to get through the D.C. without using ANY of my money?

I just saw a video under the student resources section that explained exactly how to find REOs. Thanks Dean
What link or "title" is that video? I am looking for more information on REO's. I think it will be much easier to find better "investor friendly" prices with them. Please let me know. Thanks.

Know what truely matters in life, consume yourself with that, and you shall never be disappointed, afraid, or alone. Give your gratitude always, give respect to everyone, and you shall never be anything less than what matters the most. Give praise to the Lord, forgive yourself and others, and with all of this together you will get a taste of what heavens lie ahead.
