REO HELP PLEASE

I will be talking to an REO agent today, because they are considering my offer, but they are questioning why I want to use my title company. Does anyone know what I can say to them? I want to perform a double closing on REOs. I really want to say because I want to, but I don't think that will fly.

Just tell them you use them before and your satisfy with them

Tell them you have a history with their work

Don't force it if they don't want to; just go with it
