Canadian

I am interested in starting in the venture however as I am Canadian (living in Canada), I am not sure if these books are applicable to the Canadian real estate market and techniques.

Does anyone know if the advice and techniques in the books will work in Canada?

Also, as a Canadian, would I be able to purchase property in the USA too?

And/or, are there any books that are as valuable but geared towards the Canadian market?
